Ken Stone, President and CEO. In his role as CEO, Ken brings to bear over 20 years of experience as a managing executive, business development leader, and entrepreneur. He has deep, direct experience in organic growth initiatives, with specialization in the successful building and management of professional services organizations in the IT Security sector. Ken directs and drives the overall vision and strategy for secureITsource, which is underpinned by his dedication and passion for building top-performing teams. He believes in creating a collaborative and innovative work environment that is focused and guided by the needs of our customers.

Ken has a track record of success in building and growing security services organizations. Prior to secureITsource, Ken was the Co-founder and CEO of Logic Trends, Inc., the nation’s leading Identity and Access Management services firm. Under Ken’s leadership, he helped guide the firm to regional and national prominence to include multiple service awards and recognition by Inc. 500 as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S. (5 times). His leadership quickly took the company from small start-up to industry leader, ultimately leading to its acquisition in December 2011 by FishNet Security (Optiv), the nation’s largest Security Solutions Provider. At FishNet, Ken served as Executive Vice President of Advanced Solutions.

David Mattos, Principal, EVP of Sales and Marketing. As the sales and marketing leader for secureITsource, David is responsible for our customer-facing organization, including sales strategy, marketing, and client delivery. His global experience and skill in cultivating lasting client relationships will allow secureITsource to form customer partnerships and strategic alliances both domestically and internationally.

Most recently, David held sales leadership roles at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, and Easy Solutions, Inc. His primary focus in both positions was to create high performing IT Security sales teams, with the goal of building new revenue, repeatable business strategies, and profitability. In both capacities, David led teams that delivered triple digit YOY revenue growth (600% +), exceeded sales targets (250% +), and acquired top industry logos to build his company’s brand.

David is a charismatic executive leader who has focused his career to changing the status quo, taking calculated risks, and raising the bar for individual and team contributions. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience in IT Security, SaaS, big data analytics, and cloud security, driving business partnerships that carve new paths in new markets, and open new doors for start-ups and fortune 500 companies.
